These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Twilio Connect for Zoho CRM extension ("Extension") developed and provided by MSOFT Dynamic Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. ("MSOFT", "we", "our", or "us").

1. About the Extension
Twilio Connect for Zoho CRM enables users to integrate their Twilio account with Zoho CRM to:
♦ Send SMS messages directly to Leads and Contacts.♦ Automatically log SMS history within CRM records.♦ Track SMS delivery status.Automate SMS messages through Zoho CRM workflows.♦ Manage customer communication directly from Zoho CRM.
The Extension is intended for business use within supported Zoho CRM environments.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Extension only if:
♦ You have a valid Zoho CRM account.♦ You have a valid Twilio account.♦ You have the authority to install and use marketplace extensions within your organization.♦ You comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of SMS communications.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
♦ Maintaining your Zoho CRM and Twilio accounts.♦ Protecting your authentication credentials and API keys.♦ Configuring the Extension correctly.♦ Ensuring that SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have provided the necessary consent, where required by law.♦ Complying with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, and anti-spam regulations.
MSOFT is not responsible for SMS content created or sent by users.
4. Use of the Extension
The Extension may only be used for lawful business purposes.

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Extension accesses only the information required to perform its intended functionality and does not sell or misuse your data.

7. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including its source code, design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials, is the intellectual property of MSOFT Dynamic Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd.

You may discontinue use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your Zoho CRM account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
