Terms of Service — Custom Invoice Templates
Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Published by: Msoft Dynamic Technologies · Contact: info@msoftdynamic.com
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Custom Invoice Templates extension for Zoho Books. By installing or using it, you accept them. If you are installing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.
2. What you may do
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the extension within Zoho Books for as long as these terms are observed. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to extract, decompile or repackage its code.
3. Your templates are yours
You own the templates you create, including any text and images you add. We store them only to provide the service, and we do not use them for any other purpose. Storage, retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.msoftdynamic.com/custom-invoice-template-privacy-policy.
You are responsible for having the right to use any logo, image or wording you place in a template.
4. Check your documents before you send them
The extension renders invoices and receipts from data held in Zoho Books at the moment you preview or print. You are responsible for checking that the resulting document is correct and complete before sending it to a customer or relying on it for accounting, tax or legal purposes.
This matters in two cases in particular:
- Imported PDFs. Converting an existing invoice into a template is approximate. Positions, fonts and the mapping of values to fields may be imperfect, and the result must be reviewed.
- Custom fields. Fields defined by one organisation do not exist in another. A template using them prints blanks where they are not defined.
5. Availability
The extension depends on Zoho Books and on Zoho Catalyst. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by Zoho's services, your network, or your browser.
We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change would remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice if we can.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the extension to produce fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents, to impersonate another business, or in any way that breaches Zoho's own terms. Do not attempt to access templates belonging to other users, or to interfere with the service.
7. Term and termination
These terms apply from installation until terminated. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the extension; uninstallation does not delete stored templates, which are dealt with in the Privacy Policy. [Legal entity name] may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by law.
8. Amendments and governing law
Msoft Dynamic Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd. may amend these terms. The effective date above identifies the applicable version, and material amendments will be published here before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
