These Terms of Service govern the use of the Zoho Marketplace extension Sync Invoice from CRM to Books provided by MSOFT Dynamic Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. By installing or using this extension, you agree to the following terms.
Service Description

The extension enables synchronization of invoice data between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.

Usage Requirements

Users must have valid accounts for: 
Zoho CRM
Zoho Books
The extension must be installed through Zoho Marketplace.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for: Accuracy of their CRM and Books data Managing access permissions Reviewing synced financial records

Limitation of Liability

MSOFT Dynamic Technologies shall not be liable for:
Data in accuracies
Financial miscalculations
Loss caused by incorrect configuration
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may change or update without notice.

Termination

Users may uninstall the extension at any time through Zoho Marketplace.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
