• The template's name, description and layout
• Any images you insert, stored inside the template
• Creation and modification timestamps

Your invoices are not copied to our systems. When a template is previewed or printed, invoice data is read from Zoho Books in your browser, merged into the design at that moment, and discarded. The template itself holds placeholders, not values.

We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, browsing behaviour or device information. The extension contains no tracking code and contacts no third-party service.

If you use Import on a PDF of an existing invoice, the extension recovers that page's text and artwork and saves them inside the template. That artwork is a picture of a real invoice and may contain a customer's name, address and amounts.

If you do not want that information stored, remove the page artwork from the Page panel before saving, or build the template from scratch instead of importing.

In a Zoho Catalyst application — Catalyst File Store for the design, Catalyst Data Store for its name and ownership. Hosted in Zoho's [US] data centre and subject to Zoho's own infrastructure security.

All organisations using the extension share one Catalyst application. Records are segregated by the signed-in user's email address, and every read and write is filtered on it, so no user can retrieve another user's templates.

Only you. Templates are not shared between users, not visible to other members of your organisation, and not accessible to other organisations. Msoft Dynamic Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. staff may access stored data only where necessary to investigate a fault you have reported, or where required by law. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone.

We keep your templates until you delete them. There is no automatic expiry.

Deleting is permanent. It removes the record and the stored design, including any artwork from an imported PDF. There is no recycle bin and no backup, so export anything you may want first. Saving over a template likewise discards the previous version — we keep no history.

Uninstalling does not delete anything. Your templates stay stored against your email address and reappear if the extension is reinstalled. To have everything erased, email info@msoftdynamic.com.

A copy in your own browser. When the editor opens in a full tab, the invoice you were viewing is passed to it through your browser's local storage so the preview shows real figures. It stays on your computer, is never sent to us, and expires after four hours.

We hold only your email address and the designs you create, so most of this you can do yourself: every template is listed in the panel, Export PDF gives you a copy, the editor lets you change one, and Delete removes it for good.

For anything else, write to info@msoftdynamic.com and we will provide a copy of everything held against your email address, correct it, or delete your record entirely — within [30] days, free, and without needing a reason. If you are unhappy with the outcome you may complain to your local data protection authority.
